Free for photographers. Your gallery stays yours.

What your clients get, and what you get

Alongside your work, never instead of it

You shoot the day. Circle collects what the guests captured on their phones, the moments that happen behind you or after you have packed up, and keeps them in one private album next to your gallery.

A finished keepsake, not a folder

The organiser receives a designed PDF album built from the approved photos and videos, with guest messages and wishes woven in. It is something they open again and again, and your name travels with it.

    Find My Photos

On a paid event a guest takes one selfie and Circle finds every photo they appear in. Guests love it, and it means fewer requests to you for the one photo of them.

    Star People

Mark the couple or the family, and Circle lifts every photo they appear in to the top of the album. The people who matter most are never buried under 400 phone photos.

    Private by default

One private link, no public feed, no ads. Nothing a guest uploads appears until the organiser approves it. Face-Lock hides all face matching from guests on events where that matters.

    Every original, in one place

The organiser can download the full photo and video files as a ZIP at any time. Nothing is locked away and nothing is resold.

How it works on the day

    1

    Create the event

Set it up in under a minute, or let your client create it and add you as a co-organiser. There is no cost to you either way.

    2

Put the QR code on the tables

Guests scan and upload from any phone browser. No app, no sign up, no account.

    3

    Hand over the album

The organiser approves the photos, downloads the keepsake PDF and the originals, and you have given them something no other photographer did.

Nikah, walima, mehndi and ladies only events

If you photograph Muslim weddings and women's events, you already know the rule: the photos do not leave the room. Circle was built in Perth by a family who hosts the same events.

The album lives behind one private link. There is no public feed and no discovery page. Nothing a guest uploads appears until the organiser approves it, and Face-Lock keeps face matching hidden from guests on a paid event.

A ladies only event stays a ladies only event. You can offer Circle to those clients with a clear conscience.

    What it costs

Nothing for you. Your client starts free and can upgrade their event for AUD $59, paid once, for the full album, the keepsake PDF and every download. Also available in USD, GBP, EUR, AED and SAR.

    Questions

What does it cost a photographer?

Nothing. We do not charge photographers or planners. The organiser can start free and upgrade their event for AUD $59, paid once, when they want the full album and downloads.

Does Circle compete with my gallery?

No. Circle collects the guest photos and videos, which you were never going to have. Your professional gallery stays yours, in whatever system you already use.

Can I be added to the event?

Yes. The organiser can invite you as a co-organiser. You can then approve or reject uploads and download the album. Only the organiser can invite or remove co-organisers.

I photograph ladies only events. Does this work for them?

Yes, and it was built with them in mind. The album is never public, nothing appears before the organiser approves it, and Face-Lock keeps face matching hidden from guests.

    Which events suit Circle?

Weddings, nikah and walima, mehndi, engagements, birthdays, corporate events, and anything where a hundred people are taking photos and videos that nobody collects.
