For wedding and event planners

Every guest photo, collected. Delivered by you.

One QR code on the tables. Guests upload their photos and videos, you approve what appears, and the family receives a finished keepsake album. One more thing your clients remember you for, at no cost to you.

    Set up your first event

Free for planners. Takes a minute per event.

Why planners add Circle to the package

One QR code, zero support calls

Guests scan and upload from any phone browser. No app, no sign up, no account to forget. The one question you will not get on the day is how to share photos.

You run it, the couple owns it

The couple creates the event and adds you as a co-organiser, or you create it for them. You approve uploads and download the album; they keep the account.

    Live slideshow on the screen

Approved photos appear on the big screen as the night goes on, with guest messages and wishes between them. It is the easiest way to get the room taking photos.

    Private by default

One private link, no public feed, no ads. Nothing a guest uploads appears until it is approved, so the family never sees a photo they would not want seen.

    A keepsake the family keeps

A designed PDF album built from the approved photos and videos, with the messages and wishes woven in, plus every original file in a ZIP. Delivered by you.

    The same setup, every event

Once you have run Circle at one wedding, the next one takes a minute to set up. It becomes part of the package you are already known for.

How it runs on the day

    1

    Create the event

A minute on your phone or laptop. Add the couple or the host as the organiser, or ask them to create it and invite you.

    2

Put the QR code where the guests are

On the tables, by the entrance, on the welcome sign. Guests upload photos and videos throughout the night.

    3

    Approve, download, deliver

Approve the photos as they come in, or after the event. Download the keepsake PDF and the originals and hand them over with the rest of your delivery.

Nikah, walima, mehndi and ladies only functions

If you plan Muslim weddings, you manage two or three events, often with separate functions for women and men, and a family who expects the photos to stay within the family. Circle was built in Perth by a family who hosts the same events.

Each function gets its own private link and its own album. There is no public feed and no discovery page. Nothing a guest uploads appears until it is approved, and Face-Lock keeps face matching hidden from guests on a paid event.

You can hand the family a finished album of the women's function knowing only the right people ever saw it.

    What it costs

Nothing for you. The event starts free and can be upgraded for AUD $59, paid once, for the full album, the keepsake PDF and every download. Also available in USD, GBP, EUR, AED and SAR.

    Questions

What does it cost a planner?

Nothing. We do not charge planners or photographers. The event can start free, and the organiser can upgrade it for AUD $59, paid once, for the full album and all downloads.

Can I manage several events at once?

Yes. Each event has its own link, its own album and its own approval queue, and you can be a co-organiser on as many as you like.

We plan nikah, walima and mehndi events. Does Circle suit them?

It was built for them. The album is never public, nothing appears before approval, and Face-Lock keeps face matching hidden from guests on a paid event. A ladies only function stays a ladies only function.

Does it work for corporate events and functions?

Yes. Conferences, award nights, team days, product launches. Anywhere a crowd is taking photos and videos that nobody collects.

What happens to the photos afterwards?

On a paid event the album stays live for 12 months, and the keepsake PDF and the downloads belong to the organiser to keep.
